RIWA has done away with the no headlock rule in the intermediate division. They are now allowed to throw them from their feet. Bantams are still not allowed to throw them from anywhere.

There are still madison weights and round robin brackets. However wrestlers will need to be no more than 1 lb over weight for the weight that they registered at. If the wrestler is over 100lbs a 2lb allowance will be in effect.
